Weddings at Coachella Lakes RV Resort

Say “I Do” at Coachella Lakes

A lakeside desert ceremony, a resort full of ways to celebrate, and lodging for every guest — RV or not. Coachella Lakes turns your wedding into a full weekend getaway just 20 minutes from Palm Springs.

One Resort, Every Part of the Weekend

Most wedding venues give you four hours and a parking lot. Coachella Lakes gives you the whole weekend. Your ceremony, your rehearsal dinner, your welcome party, your bachelor or bachelorette send-off, and every guest’s lodging — all on one 351-site resort surrounded by five lakes, palm-lined paths, and open desert sky. No shuttle buses between venues. No scattering your guests across three hotels. Everyone stays together, and everyone has something to do.

Spaces for Your Ceremony & Celebration

Lakeside Amphitheater & Stage

Say your vows with a built-in stage and a lake at your back. Our amphitheater is set up for ceremonies, live music, and toasts, with sound and timing coordinated by our team around resort quiet hours.

Event Lawn

An open lawn beside the water for seating layouts, cocktail hours, and golden-hour photos. We’ll connect you with local rental companies for tents, tables, and chairs.

Two wine bottles and filled glasses sit on a bar counter at Nine & Vine, with a window and various bar items in the background.

Nine & Vine

Our on-site spot for small bites, beer, and wine is a relaxed fit for a welcome toast, cocktail hour, or after-party — a place for the group to gather without leaving the resort.

Lodging for Your Wedding Party & Guests

The hardest part of most destination weddings is figuring out where everyone sleeps. Here, it’s simple — your RV-owning family can roll right in, and everyone else checks into a fully furnished rental a few hundred feet away.

RV Sites (Full Hookups)

Fully Furnished Vacation Rentals

Ask about blocking a mix of RV sites and vacation rentals under one group reservation, so your whole guest list — campers and non-campers alike — checks in together.

A Resort Full of Ways to Celebrate

A wedding weekend is more than the ceremony — it’s the two days around it. Here’s what your guests can do without ever leaving the property:

Pool & Hot Tubs

A heated pool and three hot tubs, open 10am–10pm, plus a splash pad for younger guests.

Five Lakes

Palm-lined walking paths and on-site fishing for a quiet morning-after stroll or engagement photos.

Pickleball Courts

A built-in tournament bracket for a welcome-day group activity or friendly rivalry between families.

Putting Course

A relaxed round for the wedding party or a fun groomsmen activity the morning of.

K9 Corner

Pet-friendly resort with a dedicated dog area — bring the family dog along for the weekend (leash rules apply).

Activities Calendar

Ongoing resort programming your guests can drop into between wedding events.

Also Booking the Bachelor(ette) Weekend

Skip the Airbnb-versus-hotel debate. A vacation rental or a block of lakeside RV sites gives the whole crew a private home base with a kitchen, a porch, and room to actually hang out together — then the resort supplies the rest of the weekend:

On-Property

A modern building sits beside a green lawn and paths, surrounded by palm trees and desert landscape, with mountains visible in the background under a clear sky.

Off-Property, Minutes Away

Book a vacation rental (or two) for the group, add a block of RV sites for anyone bringing a rig, and let us know it’s a bachelor/bachelorette trip when you submit your event proposal — we’ll help you plan the on-site portion of the weekend.

Meeting & Gathering Space

Beyond the ceremony itself, we have space for the events around it — a rehearsal dinner, a welcome mixer, a family brunch the morning after:

Event Lawn

Flexible open-air space for a welcome cocktail hour or rehearsal dinner under string lights.

Aerial view of a residential neighborhood with a large swimming pool, palm trees, RVs, and mountains in the background under clear skies.

Pool-Adjacent Socials

A relaxed setting near the pool or pickleball courts for a day-after brunch or casual mixer.

The Clubhouse

An indoor gathering option for smaller groups or if desert temperatures call for it.

Minutes from Palm Springs, Worlds Away from Ordinary

Coachella Lakes sits just off I-10 on Dillon Road — about 23 miles from Palm Springs International Airport, making travel easy for guests flying in from anywhere in the country. Once they land, they’re close to everything that makes this stretch of the desert a destination in its own right:

  • Palm Springs — restaurants, boutique shopping, spas, and midcentury-modern sightseeing, about 25 minutes away
  • Joshua Tree National Park — a striking backdrop for engagement or day-after photos
  • Coachella Valley golf courses — for a groomsmen outing or family round
  • Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) — taxis, rideshare, and rental cars on site for guests flying in

It’s the rare wedding destination where guests can go from a resort ceremony to a Palm Springs dinner reservation in under half an hour — without ever feeling like they left the desert behind.
