Monthly Stays
Stay up to 6 months with full hookups, metered electric and easy auto-pay. Ideal for snowbirds, remote workers and traveling nurses.
Festival Lodging

No. Our fully furnished cottages sleep 2–6 guests and include full kitchens, climate control, Wi-Fi and private patios. You don’t need any RV experience to enjoy the resort.
Yes. Monthly stays of up to 6 months are available for motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers 10 years or newer (older rigs considered with photo pre-approval). Electric is billed at seasonal flat rates.
We’re 6.7 miles from the Empire Polo Club in Indio, where Coachella and Stagecoach are held. A 3-night minimum applies over festival weekends. See our Festival page for deposit and cancellation details.
