Know Before You Go — RV Age, Pets, Quiet Hours & More.

  • Rig Age: For nightly/weekly, rigs ≤10 years recommended; older classics welcome with prior photo approval. For monthly, 10 years or newer (older by pre‑approval).
  • Monthly Limit: Up to 6 months; guests must be able to move within 24 hours. Electric billed monthly (May–Sep: $250; Oct–Apr: $125). Auto‑pay required.
  • Pets: Pet‑friendly resort; max 2 dogs per site (reinforce on Policies page).
  • Quiet Hours: 10 p.m.–7 a.m. (Policies page holds full details).

FAQs

Monthly reservations are available for stays up to six months. All RVs (Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, and Travel Trailers) must be 10 years old or newer. Pop-ups and Truck Campers are not permitted for monthly stays. If your RV is older than 10 years but is in excellent, restored condition, please email photos of all four sides to clrvinfo@crrhospitality.com for management approval prior to booking.

Monthly bookings cannot exceed six months at a time. Guests who have completed a six-month stay must leave the resort for a minimum of two nights before they are eligible to return for another long-term stay.

Monthly rates vary by season. All monthly stays include full hookups, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to laundry facilities and resort amenities. Please note that electric fees are not included in the base rate.

All monthly stays are subject to an additional electric fee, which is charged as a flat rate per month:
• May – September: $250 per month
• October – April: $125 per month

A deposit is required to secure your monthly reservation:

Daily/Weekly

  • 50% deposit due at the time of booking

Monthly Reservations

  • If more than 30 days out – 50% deposit due for first month at time of booking
  • If less than 30 days out – 100% deposit due for first month

All monthly payments are due on the 1st day of the billing cycle and are processed via automatic payment (auto-pay) using the credit card on file. A two-day grace period is allowed, after which the ejection process will begin on the third day for non-payment.
