Our closest pads to the resort’s five lakes — wake to water views and quick access to fishing spots, walking paths and sunrise reflections. A favorite for snowbirds and couples who want a quieter, more scenic daily rhythm. These sites are limited in number and book early in peak season.
K9 Corner Sites

Adjacent to the amphitheater and event lawn — perfect for guests who want to be part of the action during resort concerts, movie nights and holiday celebrations. When there’s no event happening, Front Row sites offer spacious, quiet pads with the same full hookups as every other site. Popular with rally groups and families who like a social atmosphere.
Staying a Month or a Season?
Coachella Lakes is a favorite home base for snowbirds, remote professionals and traveling nurses who want resort amenities without resort prices. Monthly stays include full hookups, Wi-Fi, laundry and access to every amenity on property. Electric is metered at seasonal flat rates — $125 per month from October through April, $250 from May through September.

Every site includes 30/50 amp electric pedestals, water, sewer, cable TV and park-wide 5G Wi-Fi. No additional hookup fees apply.
What if my RV is older than 10 years?
For nightly and weekly stays, older rigs are welcome with photo pre-approval. Email clear photos of all four sides to clrvinfo@crrhospitality.com before booking. For monthly stays, rigs must be 10 years or newer or receive pre-approval.
Is there a weekly discount?
Yes. Weekly stays of 7 or more nights receive a 10–25% discount depending on season. Enter promo code WEEKLY during checkout in the Campspot Shopping Cart. Codes are case-sensitive.
What's the difference between Lakeside, K9 Corner and Front Row sites?
Lakeside sites are closest to the resort’s five lakes — ideal for water views and quiet mornings. K9 Corner sites are steps from the fenced dog park and include a welcome doggy bag. Front Row sites are adjacent to the amphitheater and event lawn — perfect for guests who enjoy concerts and resort events.
Are pets allowed on RV sites?

How far is Coachella Lakes from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds?
