Monthly Rates & Recurring Fees
Monthly stays use a simple structure: your site rate plus a flat electric fee and taxes. No promo code is needed for monthly bookings. We place your reservation on auto‑pay so billing is hands‑off. Deposits & Booking Terms
If you book more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is 50% of the first month. If you book 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit equals the full first month. Monthly bookings may not exceed 6 months at a time, and guests must depart the resort for at least 2 nights before starting a new term. All RVs must remain movable within 24 hours, and monthly reservations are placed on auto‑pay.

Rig & Guest Requirements

- Rig age: 10 years or newer; older allowed by photo pre‑approval (email 4 sides to clrvinfo@crrhospitality.com).
- Within 7 days of arrival, long‑term guests sign a physical Terms & Conditions and provide registration & insurance for RV and tow/pull vehicle.
How to Book Your Monthly Stay

Set up auto‑pay — We’ll place the card on file into automatic payments for future months.
Finalize documents — Within 7 days of arrival, sign T&Cs and provide registration/insurance.
