A 50% deposit of the full reservation total is due at the time of reserving the site.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date. If reservations are not cancelled by this time, the full deposit will be forfeited.
The remaining balance is due 29 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
