How do I register?

How do I register a guest?
Pass holders can email or call the front desk between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily to register their guests.
What happens after I register?
Upon purchasing an Access Pass, guests will receive an orientation, including a Welcome Packet with a Resort Map, Rules & Regulations, and an Amenities Guide. A guided tour of key amenities will be provided via golf cart. Our Team will review the blackout dates, speed limits, and conduct expectations, and pass holders must sign a liability waiver before using the amenities. This waiver must be signed in ink and uploaded as a PDF to the Access Pass guest profile.



Are there any blackout dates?
Blackout dates include Coachella and Stagecoach Festival weekends and Easter weekend. Certain amenities, such as pickleball courts and the putting course, require advance booking. Pass holders must call Guest Services to reserve time slots, with reservations available in one-hour increments on designated courts.
How are the fee’s charged?
Monthly fees are charged automatically via the credit card on file, and delinquent accounts result in immediate suspension of access. Cancellation requests must be emailed to Guest Services at least 30 days before renewal. Failure to follow the rules will result in one written warning for minor infractions, while serious violations such as unauthorized guests, rule-breaking, or harassment will lead to immediate pass revocation. Revoked passes are non-refundable. Resort staff and security will conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance, and any incidents will be documented and reviewed by management.
Entry Process
- When visiting, please check in at the front desk.
- Each pass holder will receive a lanyard with a badge that must be worn inside the Resort.
- Pass holders will be added to the gate access system with a unique code that allows entry only between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Visitors accompanying a pass holder must be pre-registered with Guest Services.
- Access Pass holders are limited to 5 guests per year, with additional guest passes available for $10 per guest per day. Pass holders can email or call the front desk between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily to register their guests.

Cancellation Policy
- Pass holders must submit cancellation requests via email 30 days prior to the next renewal date.
- No refunds for unused days within the billing period.
