Monthly Rates & How Billing Works
Monthly stays use a simple structure: your site rate plus a flat electric fee and taxes. Everything else — full hookups, Wi-Fi, cable, laundry access, pools, lakes, putting course, fitness center and all resort amenities — is included. No promo code is needed for monthly stays.
Electric Fees:
- May – September: $250/month
- October – April: $125/month
- Electric is separate from your site rate.
Auto-Pay Billing
Monthly reservations run on auto-pay using the card on file. Your card is charged on the due date each month — billing is hands-off. If you need to update your payment method, contact the Monthly Desk at least 2 days before your due date.

Deposit Policy
- Book more than 30 days before arrival → 50% of the first month as deposit
- Book 30 days or less before arrival → 100% of the first month as deposit
- Balance is charged automatically each month via auto-pay
Maximum Stay
- Maximum single booking: 6 months
- Required gap before a new term: 2 nights off-property
- All RVs must remain movable within 24 hours of notice

Already Settled In During Festival Season?
If your monthly stay overlaps with Coachella (April) or Stagecoach (April–May), you’re already at the best base camp — 6.7 miles from the Empire Polo Club with no packing, no parking fees and no checkout hassles. Festivals are a bonus when you’re already home.
How to Book Your Monthly Stay
Pick your dates — Monthly bookings should run same‑date to same‑date (e.g., Jan 24 → Feb 24)
Choose your site area — Lakeside, pull‑thru, deluxe back-in, Front-Row or K9‑adjacent.
Reserve online or call — Book on our site or contact the Monthly Desk at (442) 221‑0362 (9 a.m.–5 p.m. PST).
Set up auto‑pay — We’ll place your card on file into automatic monthly payments.
Finalize documents — Within 7 days of arrival, sign the Terms & Conditions and provide registration and insurance for your RV and tow/pull vehicle.
Monthly Stays — Frequently Asked Questions
Motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers 10 years or newer qualify. Older rigs may be approved with photo pre-approval — email clear photos of all four sides to clrvinfo@crrhospitality.com before booking. Pop-ups and truck campers are not permitted for monthly stays.
Electric is billed at a flat monthly rate: $250/month from May through September, and $125/month from October through April. Electric is separate from your site rate.
If you book more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is 50% of the first month. If you book 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit is 100% of the first month’s rate.
Maximum single booking is 6 months. After completing a 6-month stay, you must leave the resort for a minimum of 2 nights before starting another extended stay. All RVs must remain movable within 24 hours of notice.
