Dear Verde Ranch RV Resort Guests,

All amenities are open at Verde Ranch RV Resort. Unless you have been vaccinated, the use of face masks is strongly recommended in resort buildings and public spaces. In addition, 6’ social distancing from those not in your household is also recommended unless vaccinated.

In addition to our enhanced cleaning protocol, guest sanitization stations are located at all entrances and bathhouse hallways.

The clubhouse is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Pool, hot tubs, and splash pad are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Showers are available in Laundry 1 and Laundry 2 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Fitness Room Please use the provided sanitization wipes before and after use

Sports courts (pickleball, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong) are open during daylight hours. You must supply your own pickleball and ping pong equipment (available for purchase through the Resort Store, along with ladder ball, washer toss, and other outdoor games to play in open areas). Bocce balls and horseshoes can be checked out through Guest Services.

River Walking Trail, across from the playground, is open. River tubes, life vests, paddles, and air pumps are available for purchase through the Resort Store. Parking is available in front of the playground or at the clubhouse.

Resort Store is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Guests use the facilities at their own risk and understand that even with the enhanced sanitation protocols put in place, management cannot guarantee 100% protection.

Any guests feeling ill should confine themselves to their recreational vehicle, seek medical attention if they exhibit symptoms indicative of COVID-19, and notify Guest Services immediately.
