What to know before you book a season
Extended stays are available for up to six months, so you can settle in for as much of the snowbird season as you’d like. A few things to plan around:
Full hookups are included; electric usage is metered and billed on top of your site rate.
Older rigs may still qualify with management pre-approval via photos — just reach out before booking.
Your RV needs to be road-ready for the length of your stay.
Snowbird season (Nov–Mar) is our highest-demand window — the earlier you lock in a site, the more site choice you’ll have.
