Festival Weekends
- The resort is less than 7 miles from the Empire Polo Club.
- Guests handle their own transportation; rideshare is available.
- 3‑night minimum on festival dates; max 8 guests per RV site.
Monthly & Weekly Stays
- Electric fees: May–Sep $250/mo, Oct–Apr $125/mo.
- Deposits: 50% of first month if booked >30 days out; otherwise first month in full.
- Max 6 months per booking; leave for 2 nights before returning for another 6.
- Monthly rigs 10 years or newer; older by photo pre‑approval.
Quiet Hours & Pool Safety
- Quiet Time: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. (see posted resort map).
- Pools: No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
Pets
- Pet‑friendly resort; follow posted leash rules (6‑ft leash unless inside the dog park).
