FAQs
What types of RVs are eligible for extended stays?
All motorhomes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers that are 10 years old or newer may make an extended stay reservation.
If your RV is older than 10 years but in excellent or restored condition, you can submit photos from all four sides for approval prior to reserving. Please send an email to clrvinfo@crrhospitality.com for approval prior to making a reservation.
Pop-ups and truck campers are not eligible for extended stays.
How do I book an extended stay?
Weekly prices are subject to a 10%- 25% reduction, depending on the time of year, if you book 7 or more nights. Use promo code WEEKLY to receive your discount. Promo codes are entered in the reservation Shopping Cart after providing your contact info but before providing payment information. Promo codes are case-sensitive.
When reserving an extended stay, you will need to enter the same date of the month into the next month. For example, a stay from January 24 to February 24 would be considered one month. No promo code is needed.
All guests must adhere to the Resort’s Terms and Conditions
All Guests staying 1 month or more must sign a physical copy of the Resort’s Terms and Conditions within 7 days of arrival and provide their Recreational Vehicle (RV) and/or tow/pull vehicle registration and insurance information to the Office prior to arrival.
All RVs at Coachella Lakes must be movable within 24 hours of notice.
Are there deposit requirements?
Yes — deposits help secure your site:
If you book more than 30 days before arrival, you pay 50% of the first month’s rate as a deposit.
If you book within 30 days of arrival, you pay 100% of the first month’s rate upfront.
Are electric charges included?
No — electric usage is separate from the extended stays rate:
May–September: $250 per month
October–April: $125 per month
How long can I stay?
Maximum booking length is 6 months at a time. After your 6-month stay ends, you must leave the resort for at least 2 nights before you are eligible to return for another extended stay booking.
What credentials do I need to provide?
Before arrival, all extended stays guests must:
Sign a physical copy of the resort’s Terms & Conditions within 7 days of arrival.
Provide RV and tow/pull vehicle registration and insurance information to the office.
Ensure your RV can be moved on 24-hour notice (a requirement for all RVs onsite).
What are the payment terms?
A payment method must be on file for all reservations.
Monthly extended stays are charged automatically via auto-pay on the due date.
Any exceptions to autopay must be coordinated with management ahead of time.
If payment is late beyond the 2-day grace period, the resort may begin the ejection process.
